Building Mobile Solutions That Actually Work

We've spent six years turning complex business problems into simple, powerful mobile apps that people actually want to use.

Our Journey So Far

What started as a small team with big ideas has grown into something we're genuinely proud of.

2019

The Beginning

Started in a cramped office in Hakodate with three developers and one shared belief - mobile apps shouldn't be complicated to use, even when they solve complex problems. Our first project was a inventory management system for a local restaurant chain.

2021

Finding Our Focus

After building apps for everyone from small retailers to manufacturing companies, we discovered our sweet spot. We're really good at taking messy, complicated business processes and making them work smoothly on mobile devices.

2023

Growing Smart

Expanded our team to 18 people, but kept the same approach that worked from day one. Every new hire goes through real client projects during their first month. No theory, just building actual solutions for real businesses.

2025

What's Next

This year we're focusing on AI integration that actually makes sense - not because it's trendy, but because it can genuinely help our clients' employees work more efficiently. Currently testing with three pilot clients.

Our Approach

We Build Apps People Don't Need Training To Use

Most business apps fail because they're built by people who never have to use them daily. Our developers spend time with your team, watching how they actually work, before writing a single line of code.

How We Actually Build Things

No buzzwords, no complicated frameworks. Just a straightforward process that works.

Understanding First

We spend the first two weeks watching your team work. Not in meetings, but actually seeing how tasks get done. This is where we find the real problems to solve.

Prototype Everything

Before building the full app, we create clickable prototypes. Your team tests these early versions and tells us what doesn't make sense. Much cheaper to fix things at this stage.

Build and Test Daily

New features go live in our testing environment every day. Your team can see progress in real-time and catch problems while they're still easy to fix.

Why This Works Better

Most development companies disappear for months, then deliver something that doesn't quite fit. We learned early that constant feedback prevents expensive surprises.

Weekly progress reviews with your actual team members
Changes cost the same whether requested early or late
You own all source code from day one
Training happens during development, not after

The People Behind Your App

We're a mix of developers, designers, and business analysts who actually enjoy figuring out why software doesn't work the way it should.

Keiko Nakamura, Lead Developer

Lead Developer

Started coding at 12, worked at three startups before joining us in 2020. Still gets excited about solving problems that seem impossible at first. Specializes in making complex data systems feel simple.

UX Director

Psychology background, which explains why she's so good at predicting what will confuse users. Spends more time watching people use apps than most people spend watching TV.

How We Work

No Crunch Time

We plan projects realistically from the start. If something's taking longer than expected, we figure out why instead of working longer hours.

Learn Constantly

Everyone spends Friday afternoons learning something new. Could be a programming language, could be how your industry works. Both matter.

Client Success Focus

We measure our success by whether your app actually gets used daily, not by whether we delivered on time and under budget.

Looking Ahead

Where We're Heading

The mobile development industry changes fast, but good problem-solving never goes out of style. We're focusing on the technologies that will actually help our clients in 2026 and beyond.

1

AI tools that reduce repetitive tasks without replacing human judgment

2

Better integration between mobile apps and existing business systems

3

Security measures that work without making apps harder to use
